January 20, 2012 Jessie Joyce: Comedy Benefit for The Bridge @ Cornhusker Place Addiction isn't funny, but this guy is! Enjoy a night of comedy featuring stand-up comedian and writer Jesse Joyce. This is the first ever public fundraising event for The Bridge at Cornhusker Place. Joyce is a recovering alcoholic but he is best known as a semi-finalist on NBC’s Last Comic Standing and as a writer of many of the celebrity’s jokes told on Comedy Central’s Roasts of Larry the Cable Guy, Donald Trump, David Hasselhoff, Joan Rivers and more. He was close friends with and co-writer for the late comedian Greg Geraldo, Toast Master of many of Comedy Central’s Roasts.
